Welded Gabion

The welded gabion is made from electric welded wire mesh panels connected by spirals/helicals assembled with spacers/siffeners.

Welded Mesh size: 100 x 50 mm (other available mesh size: 50 x 50mm,100 x 100mm and 3' x 3')

Material wire: 3.0mm - 6.0mm with galfan coated (galvanized coating available).

Normal Gabion size:

2.0 x 1.0 x 1.0m, 2.0 x 1.0 x 0.5m, 2.0 x 0.5 x 0.5m, 2.0 x 0.3 x 0.3m,
1.0 x 1.0 x 1.0m, 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.5m, 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.5m, 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5m,
1.2 x 0.6 x 0.6m, etc. Required size available.

Packing: Each set is flat packed and then on pallet.

Our welded gabion is made from electric welded mesh panels connected by spirals/helicals or by C-lips, C-rings assembled with spacers/siffeners. Also diaphragm and lacing wire are needed for some gabions.
We produce the welded gabion in various sizes with different mesh size, wire diameter and wire coating and finishing.
Our welded gabion basket is high quality and durable for designed life of more than 40 years.
Our welded gabion is used in retaining walls, water and soil conservation, coastal and river bank protection construction, land demarcation, decorative landscaping, noise barrier, etc.

Gabion size:

Our normal gabion length is 2.0m, 1.5m, 1.0m, 0.5m, gabion width is 1.0m, 0.5m, 0.3m and gabion height is 1.0m, 0.5m, 0.3m.
They are standard size such as 2.0 x 1.0 x 1.0m, 2.0 x 1.0 x 0.5m, 2.0 x 0.3 x 0.3m, 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.5m, 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5m, etc. Required size are available.

Welded mesh panels:

The welded mesh panels are produced comply with standard ASTM 974-97. Mesh space and welded pot strength are up to standard.
Mesh size we are producing are 25 x 25mm, 50 x 50mm, 100 x 50mm, 100 x 100mm and 3' x 3'.
Mesh panels size are normal 500 x 500mm, 1000 x 500mm, 1000 x 1000mm, 2000 x 500mm, 2000 x 1000mm, 2000 x 300mm, 1000 x 300mm. Other panel size is available according to required gabions size.

Material:

The wire we are producing is from 3.0mm to 6.0mm.
The finishing we have two type: hot dipped galvanized and galfan coating. The coating is up to standard comply with BS443/EN10244-2: 2001. Also Pvc coating is available according to requirements.
The tensile strength of the wire is up to standard.

Spacers and lacing wire:

The spacers are available in different size and shape. It's necessary for strengthening and keeping shape of the gabions. For some gabions the lacing wire is needed.

Packing:

The welded gabions are flat packed on standard wooden pallet or iron pallet according to requirements. One full sets are packed together for easy installation and on pallet for easy and safety transportation.
